Coach is in excellent condition, kept sheltered, has built in surge protector, residential refrigerator, 2 ac units, Onan generator with only 223 hours of use, 2 slide out drawers underneath, fuel capacity 100 gallons, 70 gallons gray water and 50 gallons black water capacity, sofa sleeper, queen bed in bedroom, convertible washer/dryer, replaced house and chassis batteries 2 years ago.
