1999 Fleetwood Tioga 22C in Excellent Shape I bought this in August to live in, which I did for 2 months. I discovered that the bathroom was too small for me, so I bought a bigger RV. It does have a bigger bathroom, but I have never come to like it the way I did this Tioga (I named her Tina). The quality of parts and workmanship in the Tioga is much better than my new one.

Before putting it on the market, I had all mechanical issues tended to. You could drive across the country tomorrow. I replaced the truck battery with the best available. The home batteries are in good condition. I also replaced the alternator, the brake master cylinder, a cracked manifold, and repaired a variety of other small issues. The best thing I did was install new shocks. She rides like a dream.

In the home I replaced the smoke/CO detector and the heater, along with a bunch of smaller bits. Despite their age, the cushions are all like new and the loft bed is firm. All of the electrical works, the toilet works great, and I put in a new shower head. In addition to the loft, the couch and the dinette both turn into beds, so you can sleep as many as six people. She’s 22 feet long - the length of a standard parking space - easy to park.

She has a strong Ford 351 V8 under the hood, a 30 gallon fresh water tank, and 50 gallon each black and gray water tanks, a storage space in the back, plenty of cabinet space, and a full kitchen, including an oven. The air conditioning and heat work very well. I lived in it through the first big storm of the season; no leaks whatsoever. It’s really quite comfortable.
