Washer-Dryer Combo (Splendid). Works surprisingly well!

We switched from a bunk-house and thought we would love the garage, patio, and the loft for the kids. Unfortunately, after just 1 trip, the 1 bathroom did not work for us. We just purchased a new Bunkhouse (with 2 bathrooms) and we are now ready to take a loss on this beautiful almost-new Outlaw.

This is our 12th RV, and I always do great upgrades on my units.

On this unit, I did the following upgrades:
1. Soft-Close drawer slides and door hinges.
2. Carpet in all of the drawers and cabinets.
3. Wall vacuum in Garage.
4. Replaced ALL of the TVs with 4k Visio Smart TVs.
5. Added an extra 100W Solar Panel (200W total)
6. Installed the Safetplus RV Steering Stabilizer (makes a HUGE difference on Gas-Puller).
7. Installed ICECO 63.4 Quarts VL60 Pro fridge in Basement, on a custom Slide-out, which is powered off the Invertor.
8. Installed additional USB Charging ports in Dash.
9. Replaced rubber step covers with custom, matching wood.
10. Replaced plastic passenger desk with custom, matching wood desk.
11. LED Lighting under chassis.
12. Heated Bidet seat (don't laugh, until you try it).
13. Replaced uncomfortable cushions in Loft, with new comfy custom mattress (with custom sheets).
14. Insta-Hot under Sink, with dedicated filter.
15. Added additional plugs for 2,000W xantrex Inverter.
16. Installed Roof Vent covers on all 3 vents.

This 22 Outlaw was my first unit on the new F53 Chassis. This engine and transmission are MUCH better than prior gas-pullers. Plenty of power and handles great with the 26k chassis. (Still noisy up front, but not as bad as the old V10.)

If you have not watched the factory vidoes on this unit, please do. This is a LOT of coach for the money. The multi-plex system is one of the best I've seen on a gas-puller. GREAT phone integration. Nice residential fridge (extra solar panel keeps it running all day with reserve for night).

Garage door converts to a patio with screens and rails. THREE Awnings with rain sensors and LED lighting.

Master Bed is King. Loft Bed is larger than a Queen. Power Loft in front is a Queen. The Dinette Bed is slightly smaller than a Queen. Sofa is a short Twin.
