My 2020 model has been professionally maintained by a rental management company with regular oil changes, winterizations, and maintenance reviews. New windshield put on in August and new water pump in September. Everything is in working order with no meaningful physical damage other than typical wear from use (scuffs and such). While we had this rented out, we used it as a family and have outgrown it.
