This Eagle is ready to soar! Beautiful coach. CLEAN and well-maintained. Non-smoking unit. We are the second owners of this trailer, and have loved it for the past 3 years, but we are changing course.

Updates since our purchase in 2018: New carpet. New single lever faucets installed in kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower. New digital thermostats. New faux wood blinds installed throughout trailer eliminating the original dated cloth blinds and curvy fabric valances. These blinds modernize the interior, and allow you to adjust for the perfect level of light/privacy at all times. The faux wood construction provides additional insulation against outdoor temperature extremes. Four heavy duty jacks added for greater stability.

Open floor plan with opposing slides in living area create a space that's almost 14' wide – all the comforts of home for short or long term stays. Living area has tri-fold sleeper sofa and two swivel recliners, plus large flat-screen TV. The electric fireplace quickly takes the chill out of the air on cool mornings and evenings, and provides a nice cozy glow. 50 amp electrical service powers both air conditioners when the outdoor temps go hot.

Kitchen has double sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 3-burner stove and oven, solid surface countertops. Pantry and other cabinets throughout provide plenty of storage. Skylight in the kitchen and in the shower provide additional natural light.

Bath has large 60” shower with seat, and sliding glass doors. Vanity provides nice counter space. Large medicine cabinet.

Slide-out in bedroom provides roomy walk-space around the queen size bed. Bedroom includes a large mirrored double closet, dresser, and storage under the bed. Brand new flat screen TV in bedroom. Washer/dryer hook up. Dryer included…works great… No washer. If you’d prefer more storage, convert that area back to storage only.

All systems tested and in solid working order. Recently water-tested by Mother Nature! A follow-up pressure washing to clean the roof and exterior verified leak-free status. All seals are tight. Roof has been treated every year.

Nothing exciting on the outside. Good exterior storage. Shelves installed in the exterior closet can be easily removed or reconfigured to suit your needs.
