This van & major components are in very good condition for its age because it wasn't used very much - based on the opinion of 2 repair shops. However, it still needs some repairs and interior renovation, and it is being sold as-is. It is currently located at Courtesy Ford in Conyers, GA, the second repair shop.

REPAIRS DONE
At the advice of the previous repair shop, I had all 6 tires replaced with brand new Firestone tires and the entire brake system replaced (including ALL hub seals) brand-new in May 2021. I also had a fuel leak repaired & fuel tank serviced Sept 2021 at Courtesy Ford. The current repair shop replaced the catalytic converter because it was stolen.

REPAIRS RECOMMENDED
Kim says the fuel pump needs to be replaced to ensure safe long-distance driving. It is drivable short distances but not advised. I drove it twice- once before any repairs for 50 miles (terrible!), once after the new brakes & tires for 70 miles, which was much better (until the fuel line burst, that was repaired at the current place).

INTERIOR
The interior is in good condition but needs a deep clean. We did some cleaning & scrubbed baking soda into the carpet July 2021. The cabinets above the front need to be renovated- they're either 50% water damaged or covered in black dust/crud. We started cleaning & the wood frame seemed solid. I did not see any other major repairs needed inside.

I am not a mechanic. I am a regular owner. This is sold as-is. I will release ALL docs & CLEAN TITLE once we reach an agreement and you pay in full. I can take payment via Zelle (ideal - instant bank transfer, no fees!), other electronic transfer, or as a cash deal in person between Feb 21-22.
