Very well cared for and in great condition. Upgrades include: porcelain toilet with slow close lid, upgraded easy shut doors, weight distribution hitch, Good Year tires, hydraulic lift mounted under master bed (much easier to reach storage), wall mounted fan and shelf in master, coat hooks for "drop zone" by main entrance. Master fits camper queen but we added a full size queen mattress (barely fits and not included in sale). The mattress it came with felt like cardboard, so you're not missing out on anything. Has outdoor kitchen that includes sink, two burners, ample counter space and cabinets. TV mount in living area and under awning. Sound system throughout indoors and outdoors. This a great floorplan for kids because they can have their own space. The door to the bathroom is useful so you don't have to drag sand and dirt through the living space. Also has an outdoor shower. The pantry is huge, and we have more than enough space for our food. We have loved this camper and taken great care of it. We are selling because we had another baby and want more room to bring in-laws camping with us.
