We have done a ton of upgrades, and these include (in no particular order):
Xpel Prime XR Plus Ceramic window tint with 98% infrared heat rejection ($850)
Front floor liners designed for Ford Transit
2nd Lagun table added to back
Custom shelf, storage box and coat hooks added behind driver seat
Theater grade curtains installed behind front seats, over sliding door and rear windows. These curtains are thick and provide insulation and complete darkness
Improved efficiency of fridge by adding internal fans and external fan and increasing vent area behind fridge. Also cleaned up insulation and added reflectix insulation. This also reduces ice build-up.
Extended shower curtain rod installed
Headboard installed to significantly improve storage
Increased storage under couch.
Custom cabinet dividers added for front and rear cabinets to help with storage
Added drain line heating pads and insulated lines to provide 4-season operation
Added a storage space behind sink
Added toggle switch to separate undercarriage lights and porch lights
Removed Jensen, replaced with amp to allow speakers to work with TV playing. This also frees up lots of room in one cabinet (Jensen “brick” can be easily reinstalled if desired).
Added rockwool insulation throughout. Used close to a full bat of insulation.
Switched outdoor shower to hot water. Designed a drain system to isolate the shower line in winter to prevent freeze There are likely some other upgrades we did that I forgot, but will modify when I remember…The RV is in great shape with the only issues as follows:
One small ding on the back door when I mistakenly shut the passenger side and then the driver side (hardly noticeable – only visible in certain light).
Warranty on Fan-Tastic Fan - 2yr parts & labor, 7 yr parts only; Nova Kool Fridge - 2yr warranty; Truma Heater - 2yr; Xantrax Li3 System - 2yr, anf Transit (purchased Aug 27,2020).
