Moving into a condo and selling the trailer! Everything works great! Heating and A/C run excellent and thermostat is accurate. Oven, microwave, and refrigerator all work great. Inside lights replaced with efficient LED lights. All plumbing runs fine and no bad smells. All exhaust fans run great. I have been living comfortably for about 8 months in the trailer which I bought from good friends.
The trailer is currently in a trailer park in Beautiful West Palm Beach Florida, 5 minutes from amazing beaches and shopping/restaurants. The space is $750/month water included and available for you to move into or you can take the trailer away. Trailer is ready to go!

I have all original manuals and radio and TV, though I have upgraded those.
