Cozy fireplace that produces heat along with the automatic heater. AC comes in clutch in hot weather. Slides and awnings go out / in with the push of a button. Automatic hydraulic leveling system. New 14 ply tires.

*Note: the living room couch is made of vinyl and it is flaking off so it would need to be re-upholstered, covered, or replaced.
