I love this rig easy to work on, and everything is really simple and all electric. Imagine you could do all of these things without having to give up the comforts of home. Well, you could, with a camper like the Roadtrek RS E-Trek Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It's an absolute dream to drive and you don't need a special license! The camper sleeps four people, and it's ideal for a family with small children. It really is an awesome rig and we take great pride in its maintenance and upkeep. The E-Trek gives you the freedom to go where you want, even if it's off the grid. It is self-contained and just about everything on board is electric, running off a large rechargeable battery bank which is kept topped up with the help of a solar panel and a generator connected to the engine. In addition to this, the heating system is diesel powered which means there is no need for propane. This is a definite bonus, leaving you with one less thing to worry about and one more reason to relax and enjoy your trip. Because as long as you remember to fill up with diesel (and you're certainly not going to forget!), it's all systems go. The kitchenette has an instant hot water system that excludes the need for a kettle and is perfect for making your favorite hot beverages. Add to this filtered water on tap, a compact fridge, a convection microwave and an induction cook top, and you're ready for anything. But if you'd rather be cooking outside while everybody else is enjoying the view, we also supply an additional propane camp stove, a folding table and an outdoor rug. No need to miss out on the fun! The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Its compact design affords more room for living space, yet it's spacious enough to be comfortable. The E-Trek has an air conditioner, but you could also cool the van by opening the back doors and utilizing the screen to keep the bugs and other critters out whilst enjoying the cooling breeze. This is a great way to fall asleep!
