This unit boast natural color schemes, solid construction, enough storage for a large family, and space for a home office or a traveling family. This unit is clean!This unit was purchased in April of 2021. We are a pastor family who relocated, and we need to upgrade to a bigger unit. We bought this from an individual who was pet free and smoke free. We have maintained a pet free, smoke free unit. This camper is clean. It is rodent free. No leaks. No damage in or on the unit. Outdoor kitchen boasts a sink, stove, and refrigerator. Gas tanks are in place. Slide outs work properly. Awning has led lights. Inside the camper there are led lights as well. Speakers work inside and outside. TV is on a swivel mount in the living room. Shower works great. All 3 tanks for waste and water work properly. Master bedroom has plenty of under the bed storage, cabinet with shelves, closet with hang up rod, bedside cabinet with drawer.Bunkroom has 2 beds. Both beds have the original Bunkie mattresses, and we have new memory foam mattresses on both beds for more comfort. There is a closet in the bunkroom with shelves and a hanging rod. Below the beds there are 2 sets of drawers for storage. The living room has a queen pull out sleeper. The couch is an original Thomas Payne. The pictures show the wear on the surface of the couch. This is just from time and usage. A cover can be ordered to remedy this if you won't be using the sleeper. Storage is also located under the sleeper, under the dinette booth seats, and in pantry cabinets, TV console, and 3 cabinets by the door. Kitchen dinette drops down into another bed with storage space. The kitchen island features a double sink with dish strainer, swivel faucet, and lots of storage underneath. Gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer work great. Storage cabinets and drawers are very spacious.All outdoor compartments are clean. Self leveling jacks are in place and work great.We have growing kids and need a bigger living space, or we would be keeping this unit. Serious inquiries only.
