RV Description

JUST REDUCED IN PRICE FOR QUICK SALE. Ask and we can send you a link to a website with details. This aluminum RV was made "back in the day" when things where built to last. It features solid hardwood cabinets, a durable aluminum structure and the kind of long lasting quality that you just can't buy today at any price. It was carefully refurbished with many upgrades including a rooftop solar farm and a compost toilet. She has a very tight turning radius, superior maneuverability and some special design elements (eliminating the need for a bedroom with the patented electro magic bed) that offer as much interior room as a 35 foot RV while at the same time she can fit in a standard size parking space. She is built on an ISUZU NPR Truck body with the famed 4BD1T Turbo-charged, Diesel engine. One of the most reliable engines ever built. Businesses count on the Isuzu NPR to just keep on running through stop and go city traffic or long highway hauls for well over 1,000,000 miles. The mileage on this vehicle is 86,000. It’s 5200 watt Generac LPG generator has been used for less than 200 hours. It’s large LPG tank also supplies the Norcold, LPG/electric, refrigerator/freezer, the hot water heater and 4 burner stove. The powered, genuine leather bucket seats were made by leer jet. She’s built like an airplane with a thick, corrosion resistant aluminum alloy body riveted to a sturdy frame of aluminum square tubing which eliminates the potential for rust or delamanation. The frame and underbody went through an extensive process to clean, neutralize and seal it against rust intrusion.
That said there are a few issues that There is not room here to go into but I can describe in detail if you email me. I just dropped the price by $4,500 which should be more than enough to pay for the needed TLC.
1) The gas gauge
2) The AC
3) At least 3 of the batteries may have to be replaced
4) The back up monitor system
5) The latch on the refrigerator
6) There's a problem with one of the burners on the stove.
7) One of the hydraulic jacks
8) exterior lights
9) RV tires may need to be replaced at some point soon.

I feel these are minor repairs and if I was in town I could deal with all of this in less than a week but because I'm not able to deal with these issues myself I have dropped the price to compensate for this. The vehicle is still a unique and roadworthy home on wheels it just needs a little TLC by the right owner.
