This is the best RV that we have owned. We really like the open floor space with the full wall slide, residential refrigerator and drivability. This RV has the following: King Bed, J couch, 3 TVs, satellite in-motion, Dirt Devil central vacuum, 2 heat pumps, 2 propane furnaces, stacked washer-dryer, bath and a half, ceramic tile floor throughout the coach, electric toilets, electric fireplace, XM-GPS radio, Rvibrake wireless braking system, and Blue Ox Ascent tow bar (7500#). It has Onan quiet diesel that has bout 480 hours on it and was last serviced in 2019. It comes on a freightliner chassis with a Cummins ISB 6 360 HP. Fuel tank holds 90G. Fresh water holds 100G. Black and gray are 50G each. Water heater is Atwood 10G gas and electric. It was full serviced in Gaffney in Oct. 2021. Both chassis and coach batteries were replaced in 2020. Tires were new in 2017. Slide toppers were replaced in Nov. 2021. No exterior damage, no leaks, only minor imperfections due to use of the RV. We will not be buying another RV, so this coach will come with tools and accessories we have accumulated over 25 years in various motorhomes.
