We bought this beautiful RV new in the spring of 2019. We traded in a motorhome for it. It has been very well kept and has no mechanical issues. It is very spacious in the living area because of the opposing slide outs. The kitchen has an island and a big residential refrigerator. The sleeper converts to a bed and there are two recliners. All furniture looks new. It has a huge HD TV in the LR and I added a 32" in the BR. It is wired for satellite. The bathroom has a large shower that has a seat. I am a big guy and I have plenty of room.The bedroom has an RV king bed with storage underneath. It has 3 slide outs. I added slide toppers to the rear slides but the front slide didn't have enough room. The awning is electric and is in great condition. It has an Outdoor mini refrigerator with storage cabinets. I upgraded the tires in the summer of 2019 to 14 ply, replacing the factory 10 ply tires. No worries about having a blowout now. We have enjoyed this RV but we want another motorhome. I have this RV priced below NADA low retail with no options added, which is the very lowest price listed. I priced it this way because I have found a motorhome I want to buy and I want to sell this 5th wheel fast. I also have the tow vehicle for sale. It is a 2019 F350 supercab diesel dually with 104k miles. It is in great shape as well. The price of the truck is $41500.
