This is a great Rig with lots of life left. The 70,000 miles come from being in a rental fleet but it was managed by an RV mechanic and it has been maintenanced on time, everytime. we replaced the fridge and the tires this year. it runs great. has a little wear and tear but all cosmetic.  We have a large family and we have used it with our 10 kids. It has 2 bathrooms, a large shower in master. Bunk Beds, bed over the cab, queen bed in back, dinette, and sofa are all beds. 6 tv's with VCR, and Satellite already installed. it has 2 Ac units, and electric OR propane heat.
