This is a late model 2018 Lance 2285 Trailer. We are selling it because my wife does not like driving and towing the trailer, she wants a class B for driving conveinence. It has been used locally and has low miles. We have the certificate of title for convience of sale. The trailer box is 22.6' long. It is 27' feet long from the bumper to the tip of the trailer hitch. The trailer still has a transferable extended nationwide Ultimate Coverage warranty from Cornerstone RV with 3 1/2 year years left.

This model is equipped with a sofa that converts to a bed that is 62" x 38".
It has a Norcold 7 cu ft two way refrigerator. 45 gallon fresh water tank. 90 gallon Grey water tanks. 45 gallon black water tank.
