Great bones! everything works but is aged....we priced it accordingly....Cash only!  roof re-sealed and coated 3 weeks ago...floor is bare plywood....peel and stick linoleum tile will cost you $130 to put down yourself  if that's what you want...I don't know what carpet will cost.
exterior weather stripping is aged and should be replaced (this is not expensive)  we do not have the truck bed  hitch assembly for a 5th wheel....bring your own.
This 5th wheel was given to my son to clean up and repair some recent signs of a rain leak....that has been repaired and beautified.
it's clean, water proof, warm and secure....receipts and checklist of things recently done to share when you come look at it.
This will go fast with this crazy market at this price. we are not interested in negotiating until after the 1st of the year. mattress is new
floor plan is a clean slate for your own furniture.
we are not familiar with how 5th wheels hook up to the truck so bring someone who knows.
