This is a fully loaded, full time living home, with cold weather package, large furnace with ducted storage, water area, and floor. the roof and ceiling are r30 insulated. 2 a/c units. 3 slides. king size bed. washer/dryer hookups, with splendid xc washer dyer combo included.We purchased this home in 2016 from the original owner, the home was 1 year old, and had only been used a few weekends. Now my family has lived in this RV for 5 years. Prior to purchase we did lots of research to buy a quality home, this KZ has been absolutely great! we have had very minimal issues. while the home shows plenty of normal wear from years of living. it still has great presentation, and all appliances work great. We have really loved this layout, with an incredible amount of storage, large closet, rectangle shower and plenty of room in the bathroom with large bathroom cabinet. The extent of the wear and tear is as followsThe exterior is moderately faded with fading decals. The only body damage on the unit is where i slightly jackknifed the front corner and poked a hole in the fiberglass front cover, the size of a baseball. We silicone sealed it off.The interior has plenty of small nicks on cabinet corners from our children, the wood floors are still perfect, as is the carpet. the couch looks new as we kept in storage while using the space for kids beds. the recliner couch however, my wife and i sat in for 5 years, and the fake p leather has almost completely come off of them. the rest of the house looks absolutely great with no real problems to speak of.The tires were replaced with one load range higher than factory, brand new tires in 2020. This home is ready to go anywhere, as my family has moved around the Midwest over the years, we have grown to love and trust this home to many awesome destinations.The Home is equipped with 4 electric over hydraulic jacks, with a Auto self leveling system, the refrigerator and hot water heater are both propane and electric. also with large freshwater and grey and black tanks, this unit does great boon docking/ dry camping. When it comes to a large complex unit like this, there is plenty of things to discuss and concern over. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
