Our family has loved this RV, and we are sad to see it go, but we had the opportunity to upgrade to a larger one and couldn't pass it up.

We love the rear living space with lots of windows and plenty of counter top space. It also has seating for the whole family so you can cuddle up in front of the fireplace on rainy days or a movie night. The bunkhouse gives the kids plenty of room or could be used as an office. And the two sliding doors in to the bunkhouse give it a very open feeling.

It is in great condition. Maintenance done earlier this year at Grand Design dealer with roof treatment, wheel bearings repacked, new brakes, slides/seals lubed.

Has hardwired surge protector and RVlock keyless entry. Also has the 2nd AC with RV Airflow system installed that makes it run much quieter and more efficient. TV installed in main bedroom.
