For sale is our 2017 Heartland Big Country 3850MB with a loft. We purchased this beautiful 5th wheel new in 2016, but the coach is considered a 2017 model. We absolutely love camping in this coach, but we have decided to step away from camping for a while. Amenities & Upgrades: Roof maintained every year. Both (ducted) air conditioning units blow COLD air and have been routinely maintained every year. New thermostat in master bedroom. Refrigerator and freezer work flawlessly. Washer/Dryer hook up in master bedroom. Gas stove and convection microwave oven work great! All (3) Furrion TV's work great. Fireplace/Heater works great. Furrion Surround sound, AM/FM, CD player, Bluetooth Head Unit works great. Gas Furnace works great and has only been used maybe 3 or 4 times. Replaced Bathroom faucet 2 years ago. Gas and Electric Water Heater works great. Circuit board replaced last year (Dinosaur Electronics). Kitchen dinette has a total of 4 chairs and a leaf. New MORyde Step Above steps installed 2 years ago. Ceramic Window Tint on most windows. New Awning shade installed last year (made a huge difference!). New Entry Door Keypad/Handle installed last year. Original 235/85/16 G rated Sailun Tires are in great shape with no issues. Battery replaced last year. Some "Big Country" decals removed. LCI Auto Leveling Hydraulic System works flawlessly. RV Snap Pads installed on lading gear feet. Separation of the fabric at the seam on one of the reclining loveseats. This does not affect the functionality and can easily be repaired. I just winterized this coach after our last camping trip last month, but she is ready to go camping again at a moments notice! Very few minor rock chips are noted on the front cap. Please take look at our beautiful coach and consider giving her a new home. She has treated us well, and I know she will treat you well too.
