PICTURES are STOCK pics from the internet. same year and model number as mine. my rv is about an hr away and I keep forgetting to take pics for this listing when I'm at it. I will point out what's different and will post my pics as soon as I get them. There aren't any stains on the upper bunk bed in my unit like there are in the stock photos. I have a better faucet in the kitchen. Mine is brushed nickel and the tip detaches to use as a spray nozzle. Also I have a back splash that surrounds the stove. I studied the stock pictures and they are identical to min other than what's listed above.I've used it to travel over the past few years. Currently stationary for the next year so looking to move onto other things. I cared for this unit very well. Kept clean and dry and do all my own maintenance so its always done sooner than manufacturers suggested intervals and with factory recommended parts and fluids. I just fully serviced the drivetrain, chassis, and the onboard generator 3 months ago. New fluids, filters, plugs etcI've upgraded the toilet and kitchen faucet because the stock items weren't very functional. I replaced the on board deep cycle battery bank approx. 2.5 years ago and they have a lot of life left in them. The generator has approx. 350 hours on it and runs perfectly. I installed tank heaters for the grey and black water storage tanks because I use it in below zero conditions from time to time and I've never had a single freeze up. I have ALOT of accessories for the rv. Small items to large items such as a tow kit that cost me close to 4 k and includes a tow bar, tow brake for the towed vehicle and a break controller for the rv. (takes stress off your rv's transmission) gas cans, tools, chemicals, support equipment, etc. If my asking price is met I can include, otherwise I plan to sell them separately to make up for the asking price being at the nada low value let alone the pandemic value.I'm listing this on NADA's low retail value side for my option package.
