Purchased for a specific trip which we completed. We are the second owners, we have the maintenance files for all work done by previous owners and us. Vehicle is is good condition, there were a few small problems we discovered (two drawers that wouldn't lock and refrigerator loose) that was all repaired on our return from our trip. Rear tires have approximately 8000 miles use front a little more. We purchased a new cover, it is tight but keeps everything clean parked in the yard. We will include all of the support equipment required (water supply hose, several dump hoses and connectors, electrical connectors (30,50 amp and 110V), dishes, silver ware, etc.) to travel or park for vacation. Purchased two new TV's, smart, HD, Roku but have not installed them.
