Very well maintained coach that is great handling with Newmars comfort drive system. This coach is all electric ( no LP tanks to worry about) and an Oasis heating for endless hot water and heat. I just did the 5 year service on the Oasis system. Heated tile floors also! Just installed a new fire place also. The 450 Cummins With 17,029 miles an freightliner chassis has plenty of power, and has approximately 2,000 mile on service that I did with cenpeco oil. The coach has an outside dometic fridge/Freezer that comes in handy for evenings outside under the led awning watching the tv with the soundbar. The tires are original but in excellent shape showing no weather cracks as we keep this coach inside out of the sun during storage when not in use. I do have a few extra things that will come with the coach , surge protector, water softener, outdoor rug, some kitchen things like coffee maker, toaster, some household items includedPlease no dealer calls for lowball offers or anyone wanting to post on other websites.
