This fifth wheel was purchased in April 2016 NEW. This has been an excellent fifth wheel. We are the original owners and it has served us well with zero problems. There are no blemishes to exterior or interior. No smoking or pets in the unit. It is very clean and well maintained. We have had the exterior detailed once a year and roof treatment added. The black water tank has been flushed and retreated weekly when in use. It has electronic jacks that work very well and all four slide outs also work well. We bought after market an aluminum replacement steps with porch that goes with the unit. It is very easy to install and take down. Microwave was replaced with a microwave/convection oven (just due to personal preference). 40" flat screen TV in living room, electric fireplace, Jensen surround sound, 20" flat screen TV in bedroom.
