Hello everyone, Got way to cold in Montana. Soooo we are going to head back to Ft. Myers Florida area,where we have lived since 1989. Should be available by January 15th. Another favorite of this unit is the triple a/c units. Our experience has been, when traveling in temps of 90+ degrees that third unit is invaluable when you pull into a site. It’s hot outside and the engine is hot, but with 3 units you’re able to get it comfortable very quickly. Also has Onan 10k generator with only 606.8 hours. Some of the newer items on the coach are Michelin XLine tires in 2818, Splendide clothes washer 2019, and just installed Precision Temps newest RV550EC water heater, that provide endless hot water, 11/15/21. Also installed new rear propane Suburban heater,12/5/21. Also just fully serviced by Freightliner/ Cummins Dealer.(including latest DEF head). Master bedroom has Queen size sleep number bed, and beautiful Mohawk rustic oak flooring installed this year. You are undoubtedly familiar with all the other standard features of Tiffins Phaeton model. Couple of other details, on a visit to Tiffin in 2018 we replaced the Norcold with a new LG Inverter Linear side by side refrigerator.Slide toppers are all new and Comes with H2O Mobile salt water softener system.
