Awesome 24.5' 5th wheel with many extras. Great for family camping with an indoor shower/tub combination and extra outside shower at rear of the RV for quick cleaning. We actually traded in our tent trailer as our boys got bigger and each could have their own bed in this 5th wheel. We bought it used and became the second owners. Most everything in manual i.e. awning, front stabilizers and rear stabilizers. Tires are approximately 3 years old and we just replaced the propane regulator with a new model this year. This model has two 5 gallon propane tanks, which are full. This RV also has floor and ceiling heat/air conditioning ducting. The dinette slides out which opens up the main floor to give it a nice roomy feel. There is a lot of storage on this RV such as under the bed, under the dinette seats, under the scissor couch, a pantry next to the slide out with 2 drawers, a large closet in the bathroom with 2 drawers. There is some wear and tear on the RV but it has been well kept. This model features the 40 gallon fresh, 40 gallon waste and 40 gallon grey tanks. We also have a towable waste tank to use in lieu of moving the RV during extended trips. This RV has a 6 gallon water heater that runs off of propane and/or electricity. We are not replacing this RV so there are a lot of extras that we will throw in. The price includes the Reece hitch (pictured) and all the hardware to install. The mattress is an upgrade from the original. We installed a cubby type storage system in the bathroom storage closet. The bathroom vent fan works, but the blades broke off and we just have not replaced them yet. Everything works and the RV pulls nicely. I have a slide jack (manual support) which is included with the price. Works well as small home or potentially vrbo/airbnb.
