This is like buying a new unit, but for an extremely lower price than what you would pay for a brand new unit (but just as nice). New units are going around 90 -100K+ plus tax (depending on year and clearance). The unit is still under warranty and the amount of $ you are saving can easily buy you the full long term extended warranty. You will also save big on the purchase tax ($0 as far as I understand, I think normally around 6-7K at a dealer). The unit also was treated with ECORVPRO sealant on the exterior and interior (2k add-on) to help protect the exterior and interior of the RV long term. Let me be frank, the unit is stunning and can be used as luxurious home or for travel. You will not benefit more if you buy from a dealership since it is under warranty: they will sell it to you and then from there the service department takes over. We looked at every kind of 5th wheel at all the dealerships and once we laid our eyes on this unit it was a done deal. The "real" premium upgrades are what makes it homelike. Unfortunately for us our circumstances have changed, and we had to make a tough decision to let this go (for now). Some features worth noting: A full size beautiful shower (I am tall, and this is a homerun). Real cherry hardwood cabinetry (and it is extremely nice). 3 TVs (2 inside and 1 outside). Large closet area with laundry hookups in the master bedroom. Upgraded Goodyear tires - this is a big deal (you do not want to have a blowout). The aesthetics are amazing. Large storage areas. Dual AC units, up to 3 large propane tanks possible (comes with 2). Battery compartment is huge and can be upgraded for dry docking purposes. Self-leveling (Lippert). I encourage you to check out videos online to get an idea of what the 2020 Jayco Pinnacle 36KPTS is like (personally, we liked this unit better than a 2021 for sale we when purchased it).
