I've had this RV since 2019. I was the second owner and purchased it with 8,300 miles on it. It had been stored inside before I purchased. It currently has 14,200 miles on the chassis and 100 hours of run time on it. Has always been used plugged while plugged into full utilities. I have detailed it every year at least twice. Has full vinyl graphics. Meticulously maintained - generator oil changed 10/2021. Generator only has 45 hours. Engine oil change at 10/2. Exterior and interior are in very good shape. Absolutely no leaks. I've maintained the seals on this rubber roof and always stored in covered storage. Some scratches from tree limbs on the outside and normal wear and tear on the inside. All cabinets, doors, and compartments in great. It has a 3-burner stove and oven, 4K Onan generator, outdoor shower, outdoor slide-out table with outlet, 18' power awning. Two favorite things are the Air Helper Springs which make for a super comfortable ride, It can cruise at 75 mph with no issue. Secondly the Bigfoot auto leveling system lets pull into your camp spot and push a button, perfectly level in about 30 seconds. LCD screen in the dash have factory mounted turn signals and back up camera system. Factory heated gray / black tanks (fresh water above floor) and cool exterior lights on the front cabover.
