We are the only owners of this wonderful travel trailer. With two slideouts in the living area, it has a full bathroom and shower, full size queen bed in the master, a full kitchen, a kitchen island, mid-size refrigerator, electric fireplace, desk area, two recliners, and a table with 4 chairs. The outside boasts an outdoor kitchen, ample storage, awning, and an outdoor shower. The entire roof was replaced by RV Connections in Panama City because of a storm earlier this year. We hold clear title with no liens. When we bought it brand new from Dixie RV, we brought to our home where it stayed until we took it to RV Connections for the roof replacement. Included are 2 electric "pig tails" and extra leveling jacks as well as the 4k TV. Not included is the mattress for the master bedroom. All slideout motors have been inspected with one replaced, and all recalls have been completed.
