This RV is in excellent condition and has new tires, detachable cold weather skirting, awning detachable shades on both awnings and everything works correctly with no flaws in the RV from wear or neglect. It even has a B&W slide fifth wheel hitch that goes with it. VERY NICE READY TO ROLL RIG!
