1 of 2 grey tanks doesn't close all the way. (underbelly needs to come off for repair) some wear on upholstery of couches. 1 jack knife couch was sold. no mattress. tires need replacing, but I will do that before selling it. As stated in listing 5 years left of extended warranty that can be transferred to new owner and I called to confirm it does cover the grey tank issue, but I don't have a truck to take it to a shop.
