This is the cleanest used rig you will find! We are the 3rd owners and purchased it from a retired military couple who added all the extras and maintained it wonderfully. They used it locally and so it has seen very few miles. We camped in it for the summer, locally as well and put less than 300 miles on it over that time. We have 3 boys and amazingly did not feel cramped in this beast! This has the very desirable layout of the "bunkhouse" floor plan. On one end of the camper is the bunkhouse, that includes 3 twin bunks and a couch that expands into a queen sized bed. It has ample closet space, 1/2 bath with a separate outside entrance, television and windows on both sides. The "master" bed room is on the opposite end of the camper up the stairs. It has a walk around, king sized bed, large closets with shelving and hanging rods, a combo washer/dryer unit, separate ac unit and controls, another tv, and dresser/drawer unit. It has a second entrance into the 3/4 bath that is also accessible from the hall at the top of the stairs. The main living area of the camper has hookups for another larger tv right above the electric fireplace, separate controls to the heating system and second a/c unit. Surround sound, bluetooth sound unit with 3 different speaker controls. There is a ceiling fan above the booth type seating at the table, tons of LED lighting and a second large couch witch also converts to an additional queen sized bed. Large, double door freezer/fridge combo that can run on gas or electric. Nice 3 burner gas range above a large oven. Solid surface countertops with covers for the stainless steel double sink. There is a microwave and a vent hood with light. We never used the sleeping arrangements of the booth seating but I believe it is still another queen sized bed. This place will sleep 10! Outdoor kitchen, has still another tv, mini fridge, led lighting, storage cabinets and drawers with a gas hookup near by for an additional gas grill! The previous owners spent thousands of dollars on a custom insulated, zippered canvas skirt that surrounds the entire camper. (this is key for colder weather camping) We have also gathered every accessory and gadget necessary for your first adventure! All included, If you need the 5th wheel truck hitch, I'll throw it in too! Also installed under the camper is a really nice battery bank that runs a separate inverter, you always have power! It has auto leveling hydraulic jacks. SWEET!
