All over the Western US this RV has been! Well used family friendly RV. Ready for new owners to give a little TLC and continue the travels.

• 2nd owner since 2005. We just had full replacement of front and rear brakes along with oil change and fuel filter replacement (October 2021). Ford E450 that runs well and has given us no issues.
• Recent tire replacements with good amount of life left.
• Kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, propane stove and oven, and refrigerator. Sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably with a rear queen bed, an overcab queen size mattress, pull out couch, and drop down table. Plenty of overhead storage inside.
• Exterior has some cosmetic and sun/oxidation damage as noted in the photos.
• 12 foot Driver's side slideout makes the interior feel plenty roomy.
• Onboard ONAN 4000 generator for dry camping needs.
• Xantrex 1000 Watt Inverter for plugging in your electronics during the drive.
• Roof top solar panel for coach battery replenishment.
• RVQ for attached outdoor propane grilling included.
• Interior in good condition with some needed TLC to the cabinets and upholstery.
