MODEL 8293MXD - This cozy motorhome is comfortable and efficient with three separate areas: living/dining/kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom; it’s the perfect not-too-big, not-too-small size for a couple or small family.Outfitted with real wood cabinet doors, this tiny home is self-contained, colorful, and fun! Why are we selling it? After five years of traveling with this home on wheels, we have settled down in Florida, and decided that it's time to let someone else enjoy it. It took two years to find this "shorty" diesel pusher; now that we are selling it, we hope to save you some hours of searching for the right coach. We have done a number of upgrades and repairs while enjoying this rig. We resealed the roof caps, replaced the three roof vents with Fantastic Vent 2500, replaced the a/c cover, fridge vent and shower skylight, and re-coated the entire roof with a solar reflective coating. We pulled every window and carefully resealed each one with a high quality butyl tape. We tossed out the old valances, wallpaper, and inefficient lights, replacing each with better, more modern options. We outfitted the dinette and jack-knife couch with new foam and marine quality upholstery. In the bathroom, we installed a new toilet, stainless steel sink, faucet, and countertop, as well as a new faucet and shower head. Mechanically, we had the radiator re-cored and added a second fan which is thermostatically controlled. The transmission now has a fan-driven cooler. The air over hydraulic brakes have new pads, rotors, wheels and master cylinders. TOYO tires are 2-3 years old, with little wear. Replaced alternator OEM, starter rebuilt, new cab a/c compressor OEM, expansion valve and dryer. Installed two new rear cameras and Garmin GPS. All LED lighting on exterior and additional rear tail lights. Removed decals and complete repaint! Replaced the entire porch awning and added window awnings. Additional features/upgrades include: microwave, fridge, We Boost (for cell phone signal). Solar: 400 watts on roof, 4-6V golf cart batteries, 3000 watt pure sine wave inverter, 40 amp charge controller, USB ports in the cab and bedroom, Wave 8 catalytic safety heater, new propane regulators, CO and smoke detectors. Leveling jacks serviced with new limit sensors. Brand new electric entry step. Onan Emerald Plus (50 amp) propane generator runs fine— 1008 hours. Holding tanks 50 gallons each, insulated basement storage for winter. Fuel tank 80 gallons. Propane tank 85 lbs.
