Clear coating on the paint is bubbling. The RV is in overall good condition. This RV does need minor details fixed on the inside and the outside. The microwave is a confection oven as well. The main awning is in need of repair. The two small awnings look good. The linoleum is ready to be replaced. For the age of this RV the mileage is great at 28k. The mirror in the bathroom has been broken but we have the new mirror to install in it. The RV has two working TV's in it. Will need a light cleaning on the inside which will be done before the buyer drives away with it. This RV is located in Winslow AZ at the Take It Easy RV park.
