This 36 foot RV only has about 10k miles on it since it has been used as a home in an RV park for many years. It runs great and drives smoothly and comfortably with its is powerful Triton V10 Gasoline Engine combined with a 6-speed Automatic Transmission on a Ford Chassis. An RV repair company inspected the interior and the various controls/systems and all recommended repairs were completed. All windows including the front windshield are in excellent condition and the tires were replaced in 2019. The 3 batteries are new, along with a new toilet. It also includes a brand new queen size mattress. The RV just passed the California smog emissions test on 10/22/21, as one would expect on such a low milage vehicle. On 2/1/22, the oil was changed, fluids were topped off, and a safety inspection was successfully completed. This beautiful and well-kept RV is good to go, and it will make a great home or luxurious vacation coach!!
