Lienholders $10k, would like to recoup electro & mechanical restoration of $8k. Can pass smog. Remaining repairs: $1500 for 2 flat windshields that cracked when a mechanic did not replace a support, which now is. A $150 windshield wiper motor; a $20 to $200 propane sniffer cutoff switch that corroded near sink, place elsewhere. Was owned by a mechanic as original owner for 26 years. Nice features like auto park brakes activated when in “Park”. 36’ Heater hoses to back bed from front engine keep engine cool and bed warm. Propane 6-gal water heater has slight leak, suggest replace with electric insert for $110. Has small tub w shower. Suggest new wood and tile versus carpeting in bathroom. A sink is outside thar bath, and handy with plenty of mirrors in bath, sink, hallway, & bed areas. Front dashboard esthetics need upgrade; yet has plenty of gauges for temps & pressures. Has a floor safe. Oak construction throughout but 6 particleboard drawers need replacing. 5 vertical clothes cabinets; 8 overhead horizontal cabinets; some storage space under queen size beds, in 2 nightstands; & behind 2nd small refrigerator. Upholstery is worn but not thrashed. Has Class C hitch for towing boat/trailer, with glide wheels for driveways. Has rotatable searchlight and idled security system.4 new headlights. Has two large safety handgrips on external and internal stairs entry, and one by shower tub. 7 External storage areas of medium or small size need new locks/keys.
Auto electrics replaced in last year are: voltage regulator, distributor, coil, spark plug wires, alternator, starter, new fuel pump from 80-gal gasoline tank, 3 new deep cycle batteries 2 for engine, & 1 for coach. Has new manifold double beveled graphite rings for connecting to dual muffler system with new brass fittings. 4 small awnings bright blue like new; large 20’ awning needs purchasing if desired. One new air conditioner/heater in front area. Older a/c & heater unit in rear is functional, but needs Freon charge. Has auto or manual overdrive, and braking system for towing. 6 tires have good tread. Sturdy bumpers; has back-up video system usable from drivers seat. Roof is mono-piece fiberglas, sturdy, has no leaks. In past years there were a couple leaks discoloring back ceiling. On road Water pump under bed for sinks, toilet, kitchen, needs new gasket and is already purchased. Easy access w hydraulic supports fir bed yet suggest using a wood stanchion when leaving weight of mattress on it, 4 safety
