It is under warranty and everything you need is included: 50AMP power cord with adapters for 30AMP and power sure protector, hoses for water supply and waste disposal, cameras and monitor, etc. Slide hitch included as well. Two ac units, real refrigerator/freezer, heater, fireplace, TV and stereo, gas stovetop and oven. It has two 30 gal propane tanks. At 8900LBS we have had no trouble towing it with a Toyota Tundra (1/2 ton rated to pull 10,600LBS). With great insulation, a heater, and a fireplace you will stay comfortable.
