Premium model has the following upgrades: Dometic 12V/120V upgraded refrigerator, 40 inch LED TV, Maxxair fan, AC/heat pump, and electric brakes. After purchase we did the following improvements: new tires ($158); new interior upolstery and window valances (stain resistant fabric, $640); upgraded batteries for boondocking - 2, 6-Volt Lithium Ion batteries in series ($808); Propane tank cover modification/improvements ($80). Well maintained during our ownership: we redid the exterior kitchen (rear hatch) hinge gasket and the side rain channel molding on both sides ($325), new propane tank regulator ($100). Additional accessories that will be included in the sale: new hitch lock ($50), privacy shelter and camp/cassette toilet, used ~ 3 times), small electric space heater, surge protector for connecting to shore power to prevent internal circuit damage from potentially faulty campground circuits, ($50), extra length of water hose (25 ft, now have 50 ft total, ($25), inline water pressure regulator and filter ($30), and 15 pound propane tank.
