Title in hand. Rig is solid and very well maintained with normal wear from a 2016 RV. Family is growing which has forced us to move up to a larger rig. We keep the rig under covered parking. We meticulously care for the rigs plumbing/tanks along with mechanical (both generator and F450 under the hood).  Everything you need to enjoy spending time with family and friends away from home can be found in this Leprechaun unit. Model 260QB provides a large slide for added room inside, a cabover bunk or entertainment center if you don’t need the added sleeping space, and a rear bedroom plus complete bath. Onan generator that is well maintained with low hours. Step inside and find the kitchen area straight ahead. There is a pantry to your immediate left as you enter. An L-shaped counter provides a round sink with storage above, and a three burner range with overhead microwave oven. This rig also features a gas/electric refrigerator and freezer.To the right of the entry door enjoy a J-lounge seating area with dining table and storage above. This can also be made into sleeping space if needed at night.There is a convenient cabover bunk available that is 57″” x 95″”, or you can choose to have an entertainment center above if you really don’t need the extra sleeping space.Head to the left as you enter and make your way to the rear bedroom with queen bed slide out. You will also find a large L shaped overhead cabinet. Opposite the bed enjoy a bathroom with 32″ shower, toilet, sink, and linen storage, wardrobe, plus so much more!
