One owner and well maintained. New tires on one side. The other side are three years old. New awning and arms. everything works except fantastic fan in bathroom. I think it's the switch. Brand new $2500 canopy with arms and motor. Easy lift kit comes with it. Battery minder installed on the roof and is two years old. Built-in portable outside gas barbecue. Roof resealed two years ago. Wheel bearing repacked three years ago and brake shoes checked. The only issue is cosmetic. The front has delaminated. I met a couple of other Roo owners recently and they have the same issue. No moisture that I know. Delamination is only on the front. I moved to Reno three years ago and there was no delamination. I'm told it is from the hot summers hereTrailer was completely covered last year.
