This 5th Wheel has always been smoke and pet free. It has never been lived in full time. Upgrades, maintenance and inside storage has kept this unit in good condition. 2015 - Leaf spring suspension replaced. 2018 - New Tires and shocks. 2019 - Full roof coating and sealed. New roof vent cover domes. Inside lighting converted to LED. Two 6 volt batteries for better performance.
