This unit cosmetically and mechanically impeccable. It has had clear coat protection installed, so it always shines like new without dents nor scratches. Run a CarFax and you will see no accidents. Has been babbyed with 2 recent new front tires, alignment, oil change and still smells new. We preferred not to use the bathroom as a bathroom, but for storage, so it is very clean. And there is a massive amount of storage spaces above and below under the beds with a separate hamper door. We positioned a 3rd center seat fold-up seat that fits between the bed space for an occasional 3rd person (included). The workstation has a congenial size for computer. 2 TV's and DVD player, pet dishes that hide are convenient to use and move. The electric canopy easily opens and closes automatically with a simple button. The Air conditioning unit is the upgrade model for better cooling as well as upgraded solar panels for more energy harvesting and heavy duty premium suspension for a smoother ride. And the optional bicycle rack on the rear door will hold 2. There's just not much to dislike in this classy B RV. We park in any RV park with a unit that is under 25' in length for easy in and out even in shopping parking lots. The fuel consumption for this first class van truly obtains consistently in the 20 miles per gallon of diesel range. A good spare tire on a rim is incuded. WARRANTY: I purchased a 5 year all inclusive warranty 9 months ago. I will be happy to transfer the warranty to you for the remaining 4 years and 3 months or 43,500 miles whichever comes first. Original value for this 5 year warranty with Portfolio One Recreational Vehicles was $6,980 when purchased in early 2021 and if the buyer wishes to continue the warranty, I will transfer it to you for $3,500, but it is an option and not a part of this sale unless you want it.
