RV Description

SALE PENDING as of 10/17/2021

This 2022 coach is technically sold as used, but it is a brand new, never camped-in unit. The manufacturer's 12 month, 15K mi warranty extends to the 2nd owner.

I'm selling this 2022 to downsize to something like a Thor Sanctuary or Tellaro. Our 2021 model was great for our family of 3 & 2 dogs, and to bring along a friend. Photos of fun in the 2021 - https://photos.app.goo.gl/QbXp4adK8A71kezx9

The family is kinda over the camping thing, but not me. I'm now looking for a van-style rig to to extend my solo-backpacking trips a bit further.

I have 2 Lion Energy Lithium house batteries fit for this coach. They take your power time from a day to one week. I can to factor them into the deal. Currently, the stock AMG battery is installed in this rig.

My thoughts on the 2022 Thor Delano FB

PROS

  • Mercedes Sprinter Chassis is a luxurious beast. This thing hauls butt.
  • Spacious floor plan & my preferred layout of any model
  • Highend amenities & luxurious finishes
  • Enhancements from the 2022 include a pedastable table, wireless charging stations in the dinette, telescoping ladder, pop-up powerstations, better stereo and tv, and improved athetics in the bathroom and bedroom
  • Tons of storage inside & out
  • Large tank capacities
  • Large dinette with the kickup foot rests make for comfortable rides, meals, and gamenites.
  • Sleeps plenty, the dinette conversion is awesome
  • Moonroof makes the overhead bunk a fun/functional place to sleep & enjoy
  • E-Z filling/dumping
  • Beautiful awning and LEDS
  • Size of rig: being right around 25.5' fits most campsites
  • I've fit this thing into a normal parking spot
  • Too many to list all
  • Auto-leveling jacks are amazing
CONS
  • Window screens are plain and not as fancy as Winnebago's
  • Diesel engine requires DEF every 1000 mi or so (pretty easy, got used to it)
  • Decent clearance, goes well on dirt & unpaved roads, but not good for really rough pot-filled roads (get an overlander for this!)
  • Stock house battery is meh, use lithium!
  • Bed frame is sturdy, but be carefull placing down the footrest to protect the metal and your cabinetry
  • Sounds system is a little bland in home

Make me an offer and let's chat. You'll find that I'm a pretty easy to talk to, fair, and generous dude.
