Ultimate boondocking 5th wheel. We bought this 2019 Grand Design Solitude 385GK in 2020 and set it up to boondock with 1600 watts of solar panels on the roof, 800 AHs of BattleBorn lithium batteries and an Onan 5500 watt LP generator. We also purchase an extended warranty that has over 5 years remaining. Due to supply chain issues the coach just got finished in September and now our circumstances have completely changed. With 93 gallons of fresh water, 106 gallons of grey, a 53 gallon black tank and enough power to stay off the grid indefinitely. We have never slept a night in it.
