Beautiful Voltage toy hauler - very well cared for and low mileage. Low mileage per work schedule. Tons of room for toys, entertaining (4 TVs, fireplace, outdoor entertainment, rear patio off gate), or just relaxing. Has 3 slides, 3 A/C units, 2 awnings, and a central vac. King size bed in master with a full bathroom. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, island style counter, stove, microwave, and lots of cupboard space. There is also a bunkhouse entry in the kitchen for sleeping quarters or storage. Generator is a Onan Cummins 5500w gasoline powered unit with 442 hours clocked. The rear garage has two queen size beds on actuators that can be raised for garage use or sleeping. There is also a half bath in the garage area. As stated earlier, the rear gate off the garage can be set flat and a rear patio area for entertaining can be set up with doors that section off the garage from outside elements. Roof was upgraded with a one piece rubber covering roughly a year and a half ago that has a lifetime warranty. All 6 tires were replaced also about a year and a half ago with top of the line Goodyear G614 RST load range G tires. Overall this is a super unit, there are a couple small repairs that could be fixed for super cheap but they do not affect overall usage. The biggest issue is with the main couch, we were told that Flexsteel had some issues with the material used to cover them, so there is some premature wear of the material that can be seen in the pictures.
