This is a VERY GOOD CONDITION 2014 Winnebago Itasca Spirit 25B Class "C" Motorhome. The unit is very clean both inside and out. No water damage or leaks anywhere. There are 60105 highway miles on the RV and oil changes have been completed every 5000 miles. The tires are in excellent shape with lots of thread. The interior sleeps four very comfortably, but in RV terms it technically sleeps 6+. Everything works perfectly as it should. The heat is hot and the air conditioning is cold! The RV can come with its current extended warranty which will cover the rig mechanically through February 2025 or 92600 miles (additional $2000). I can email the warranty details. There is NO deductible!! The 6.8 liter Ford engine provides LOTS of power. The RV comes with a back-up camera, RV Fridge, 3-burner stove, ducted exhaust fan, microwave, double basin sink, 6.5 gallon (new) water heater, 15,000BTU ducted roof AC, 20,000BTU furnace, 18 gallon propane tank, 40 gal fresh water tank, 27 gal gray tank, 23 gal black tank, tank heaters, shower, toilet and bathroom sink with vanity, storage under the dinette seats, 27" smart TV and DVD player, Max Air roof vent covers, fire extinguisher and CO2/Propane leak detector alarm. There ia an on-board 4KW Onan generator that can you camp of the grid! The RV is currently FULLY equipped with bed linens, all kitchen necessities and numerous other goodies that can be negotiated for a turn key camping experience.
