It breaks my heart to part with my Queen of the Road, but being 90 years young means I should probably let her go. I've owned 3 big Class A coaches and this one gave me more pleasure driving than anything. The 350hp Mercedes Diesel was the major contributor to that blissful state. It pushed the coach up Appalachian mountains, at speed, with only one auto-downshift on the worst of them, where my last coach with a 330hp diesel and much less weight downshifted to first gear and still barely crept over the top. Mind you, this was on the same mountain, same highway. On top of that she gave 23% better mileage than the average coach this size. We are leaving EVERYTHING in the coach. In reality, you could bring just your personal items and start out on a cross-continent trip. Well, you would probably want to bring some food along so you wouldn't have to stop so often.
