This 31-foot rig is affectionately known as "Sandy" because she is truly a beach house on wheels.

An amazing renovation was done three years ago, complete with "wood" floors, updated furniture and colors to match the beach vibe. All the typical ugly upholstery and dark wood (and dank smells!) are gone! With the renovation and her huge and plentiful windows, Sandy is super bright and airy.

The tile backsplash (kitchen and bath), 24" flat-screen tv, new microwave/convection oven combo, custom wine rack, new LED interior lighting, and custom curtains throughout, all add to the modern beach house feel.

Sandy has been used regularly (current mileage 116k) and has been very well taken care of. She runs great! We've just taken her on a trip through many western states and her previous owners drove her from Las Vegas to San Diego on a regular basis. She is just waiting on her next owner to continue the adventures.

Work done Fall 2021: Inspections of all systems. All seams on roof re-caulked and the shell of roof is in great shape. New slide cover installed.

New carburetor on Onan generator. New motor on retractable stairs.

All tires are new or newer and have lots of life left on them.
